    • 0.31% (3,100,000) (USD 837,000 worth paged on TGE) in OPEN ERC-20 tokens of the total token supply. 

    • Linear vesting. Can claim from the day of start acceptance of the engagement.

  • Objective: Leverage existing relationships, and offers to amplify Openmesh's brand presence.


  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop a media calendar: Schedule PR campaigns around key events (SmartCon, product launches, new partnerships etc).

    2. Evaluate and prioritize distribution offers: Filter high-value media outlets and Telegram offers (free/paid) for ROI.

    3. Manage PR agency relationships and coordinate news distribution and news releases.

    4. Press Kit Creation: Ensure media outlets receive relevant, high-quality press materials (brand positioning, images, case studies).

    5. Press monitoring & metrics: Track media mentions and analyze the impact of each PR release.
